nWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to support our hiring activities. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and some prior internship experience in recruitment.

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various rolesn
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managersn
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackersn
Support end-to-end recruitment activities as neededn
Communicate professionally with candidates and internal teamsn

nRequirements:

Positive verbal and written communication skillsn
Previous internship experience in non-IT recruitment (mandatory), preferably in bulk Hiringn
Basic understanding of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai, etc.)n
Ability to work in a quick-paced environmentn
Solid interest in talent acquisition(Non It Hiring)n
