This role demands a strategic and customer-centric individual who can drive gold loan portfolio growth by building and maintaining solid relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in secured lending, and will be responsible for managing high-value customer accounts, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position plays a critical role in expanding the bank’s gold loan business while delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client loyalty.
