• PhD in Management/Strategy from a top institution (IIM, IIT, XLRI, MDI, or top-50 global B-school)
• Prior industry experience (3–5 years in consulting, strategy, or general management)

Looking for people across:
Finance — FM, valuation, fintech, financial modelling
Operations
Analytics — SQL, Python, dashboarding — can teach MBAs to be dangerous with data
Strategy / Entrepreneurship / General Management — consulting background or real operating experience
