Journeys 360 Travel is a luxury Virtuoso travel advisor specializing in personalized vacations, luxury cruises, safaris, hotels, and customized journeys around the world. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and client-focused Luxury Travel Advisor to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, budget, and expectations.
- Research destinations, properties, cruise lines, tours, and unique travel experiences.
- Make reservations and coordinate flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, insurance, and other travel arrangements.
- Work closely with preferred suppliers, cruise lines, tour operators, DMCs, and hotels.
- Manage the client experience from the initial consultation through their return home.
- Follow up with clients and suppliers to ensure all arrangements are confirmed and accurate.
- Handle changes, cancellations, disruptions, and special requests with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain accurate client profiles, booking information, and documentation in company systems.
- Develop repeat and referral business through exceptional service and relationship building.
- Stay current on destinations, travel trends, supplier programs,



and luxury travel products.

Qualifications
- Previous qualified travel advisor experience required.
- Experience selling luxury travel, cruises, tours, or customized vacations preferred.
- Strong destination and product knowledge.
- Experience with travel industry reservation systems and CRM/itinerary platforms preferred.
- Excellent communication, sales, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and complex itineraries simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Passion for travel and providing exceptional personalized service.
