Job Title: Senior LTE / NR5G / O-RAN High Layer Protocol Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced LTE/5G Protocol Stack Developer with strong expertise in 4G LTE, 5G NR, and O-RAN technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design, development, integration, and optimization of High Layer Protocol Stack components for next-generation wireless communication systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop LTE and 5G NR Layer 2 / Layer 3 protocol stack features.
- Develop and enhance RRC, PDCP, SDAP, NAS protocol modules.
- Analyze and implement 3GPP specifications for LTE and 5G NR.
- Work on O-RAN architecture including CU, DU, RIC, and Open Interfaces.
- Develop signaling procedures related to registration, mobility,



handover, paging, and bearer management.
- Perform protocol debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Analyze protocol logs using Wireshark, QXDM, and other telecom tools.
- Collaborate with system architects, validation teams, and customer engineering teams.
- Support interoperability testing and field deployment activities.
