Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced LRS Consultant to provide production support, maintenance, enhancement, and development services for the LRS Cartago Live Suite used in SAP S/4HANA output management environments. This role supports the design, modification, and ongoing maintenance of business-critical forms and documents including Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Invoices, Delivery Documents, and related enterprise communications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancements for LRS Cartago Live Suite in an SAP S/4HANA workplace.
- Design, update, and maintain dynamic document templates using Cartago Designer (layouts, reusable components, conditional logic, and business rules).
- Utilize Cartago Workspace and DocEngine to manage template lifecycles, output generation, and document workflow execution.
- Support core SAP S/4HANA business forms (Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Invoices, Order Confirmations, Delivery Notes).
- Integrate Cartago and LRS solutions with ERP/CRM platforms, focusing on mapping SAP-native output formats (GOF/OTF) into print-ready or digital delivery streams.
- Support and troubleshoot LRS VPSX / Output Manager for print stream routing, queue management, TCP/IP printing,



and device-independent streaming.
- Develop and maintain web-based output capabilities using HTML5, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs for document rendering and downstream integrations.
- Troubleshoot template logic, data binding, rendering failures, and print routing across print, email, and digital delivery channels.
- Support virtualized and cloud printing architectures (SAP RISE, SAP BTP, Public Cloud).
- Adhere to ITIL-driven incident management practices using ServiceNow/Jira to meet business-critical SLAs.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 5+ years of dedicated experience in enterprise output management and document composition.
- Direct, hands-on expertise with the LRS Cartago Live Suite: Cartago Workspace, Cartago Designer, and DocEngine.
- Proven experience with LRS VPSX and/or LRS Output Manager (print queues, TCP/IP printing, output routing).
- Deep experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA output workflows and handling GOF/OTF data streams.
- Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, and REST APIs for web-based document rendering.
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes, SLA tracking, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or Jira).
