- Appointing Retailers in assigned territory
- Meeting existing Retailers on regular basis
- Conducting sales promotional activities like Sub-Dealer Meet, Nukkad Meet & Other promotional activities in assigned territory
- Minimum 20 calls per day and ensure Daily Secondary target achievement
- Tracking of Distributor Sales Officer on Daily / Weekly basis
- Product Knowledge of LED Batten, LED Bulb, LED Fixtures, Residential LED, Qualified LED
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience as a Log Arm Salesperson
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Sales force is a plus
- Graduate in any stream / Post Graduation
