About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Logistics Manager to manage and optimize our end-to-end logistics and distribution operations in Goa.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in transportation, warehousing, inventory coordination, distribution, vendor management, and supply chain operations , preferably within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, food, or healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Plan and coordinate timely dispatch and delivery of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Manage transporters, logistics partners, courier agencies, and other service providers.
- Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, vehicle placement, and proof of delivery.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production,



Procurement, Sales, Quality, and Finance teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, transportation, and batch traceability of products and materials.
- Monitor inventory movement, stock transfers, returns, damages, and near-expiry products.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, documentation requirements, and applicable industry standards.
- Monitor and control logistics and transportation costs.
- Evaluate transporter performance and negotiate freight rates and service terms.
- Prepare logistics reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and improved delivery performance.
- Lead, guide, and manage the logistics/dispatch team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in logistics/supply chain operations.
- Experience in Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Food, Healthcare, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems; SAP experience will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
