We are looking for a motivated Local Business Development Executive who can help us connect with businesses in Delhi NCR and generate new website and digital service opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit local businesses, institutes, clinics, offices, shops and other organizations.
- Identify businesses that need a new website, website redesign, eCommerce website or website maintenance.
- Speak with business owners, directors, managers and decision-makers.
- Introduce Webomagic Solutions and our services professionally.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals and local networking.
- Identify basic website/online presence issues and communicate them to potential clients.
- Distribute visiting cards and company marketing material.
- Maintain a daily record of businesses visited and leads generated.
- Follow up with interested prospects through phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and our web development team.
- Maintain a simple lead/prospect database.

What We're Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Comfortable visiting businesses and speaking with owners/managers.
- Hindi communication is essential; basic English is preferred.
- Confident, polite and professional personality.
- Willingness to travel locally within assigned areas.
- Basic understanding of websites, Google Business Profile, social media or digital marketing is a plus.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Previous field sales or business development experience is an advantage.

Compensation ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + performance-based incentives

Additional incentives can be provided for qualified leads, meetings and successfully converted projects.

Key

This is a field-based business development role.

The candidate should be comfortable visiting local businesses rather than doing only phone calls or sitting in the office.

Working Areas

Initial focus will be on Kirari, Nangloi, Mundka, Rohini, Paschim Vihar and nearby Delhi NCR areas, with the assigned territory expanding based on performance.
