? We’re Hiring | LinkedIn Personal Branding & Lead Generation Strategist The Kahanikaars is looking for an experienced LinkedIn Personal Branding & Lead Generation Strategist to build strong personal brands while turning LinkedIn presence into meaningful business opportunities.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute LinkedIn personal branding strategies

Create content strategies, content pillars and calendars

Write engaging, authority-driven LinkedIn content

Identify and research relevant leads and decision-makers

Plan and execute LinkedIn lead generation and outreach

Track content and lead-generation performance and optimise accordingly

Research industries, competitors and target audiences

Build strategies tailored to different clients and their goals

What we’re looking for





2–3 years of relevant experience is mandatory

Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn personal branding

Proven understanding of LinkedIn lead generation

Excellent writing and communication skills

Solid research and strategic thinking

Ability to understand and adapt to different personal brands and voices

- Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and trends
