Role

Own all legal matters across the company's real estate projects. Must be hands-on, commercially sharp, and capable of independently managing high-value transactions and disputes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own land/title due diligence, acquisitions, and property documentation.
- Draft and negotiate JDA, JV, Development Agreements, Sale Deeds, and landowner agreements.
- Manage RERA, approvals, regulatory compliance, and project legal matters.
- Handle litigation, disputes, arbitration, and external counsel.
- Review and negotiate construction, vendor, consultant, and customer contracts.
- Identify legal risks early and provide clear, commercially practical solutions.




- Work directly with MD/CFO/project teams, landowners, authorities, and external lawyers.
- Ensure timely closure and zero avoidable legal exposure.

Must Have

- 10+ years of robust real estate/developer-side legal experience.
- Proven expertise in land titles, JDA/JV transactions, RERA, contracts, and litigation.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership.
- Strong commercial judgement, urgency, attention to detail, and accountability.
- Must be fluent in Kannada local language Read, Talk and Write.
