Job Title: Lead Hire to Retire

Job Location: Bangalore

Work Model: Work from Office

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related discipline.

Candidate Expectations Support the HR Admin transaction processing to cover processes like employee data changes, terminations/ retirements, new hires etc.

Monitoring team’s performance against the agreed SLAs

Escalation Management

Identify trends and high-volume transactions that may indicate org-wide issues and get the team prepared to handle such high volumes at times

Train and develop team members

Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve their performance

Create developmental plans for each team member

Create the back-up plan for handling of unforeseen or seasonal volume fluctuations

Ensures process compliances,



Knowledge Management compliances to meet the client & internal commitments

Detailed Solid written and verbal communication skills

Experience in HR Operations

Results and deadline driven

Proven expertise in customer relationship management; strong consultative skills

Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.)

Experience of in Team handling

Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)

Good experience in coordinating with customer and vendor for Payroll inputs and validation

Good to have

Excellent customer management negotiation skills
