Leap Media Solutions LLC is looking for a driven and confident Lead Generation / Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calling, email and LinkedIn
- Connect with C-level executives, IT decision-makers and senior professionals
- Promote technology events, campaigns and solutions to prospective audiences
- Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects
- Maintain accurate lead and call records
- Consistently achieve weekly/monthly lead-generation targets
- Work closely with the sales and campaign teams

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in B2B Lead Generation, Inside Sales or Telemarketing
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Robust follow-up and persuasion skills
- Target-driven with a positive attitude
- Experience in IT/Technology campaigns or events will be an advantage
