Role Description
1. This is a senior Finance Business partnering role for the APAC cluster at Sandoz reporting into Head BPA of the International region
2. Managing difficult stakeholders who are CFOs and Head of finance of different countries in APAC cluster.
3. Driving the growth and profitability target for the cluster.

1. - Day-to-day activities include financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as supporting business cases, investments, and cost optimization initiatives
1. - The Lead Finance Business Partner will prepare and review management reports, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure alignment with corporate financial policies and compliance requirements

- The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with operations, commercial, and global finance teams to drive process improvements, support audits, and contribute to long-term financial strategy.
Qualifications
- 12 to 15 years of work experience in the finance field
- MBA in Finance from IIMs, ISB, JBIMS, SPJIMR, FMS, NMIMS, XLRI, SIBM, SCMHRD or CA ranker or first attempt pass
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis capabilities, with experience in business partnering and performance management.
- Proficiency with financial systems, reporting tools, and advanced Excel skills, Power BI, Power Automate; familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, BPC) and data visualization tools (Clik) is beneficial.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance standards; experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance colleagues.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements.
- Proven ability to work in a matrix, cross-functional environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver accurate results under deadlines
