We are looking for an experienced LabVantage SME with 8+ years of solid hands-on experience in LabVantage development . The ideal candidate should have strong programming experience in Core Java, SQL, JavaScript and Ruby , along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
The candidate will act as a subject matter expert, supporting solution discussions, development activities, technical decision-making and stakeholder communication.
Mandatory Skills:
- 8+ years of overall experience with strong LabVantage experience
- Strong hands-on LabVantage Development experience
- Core Java – Mandatory
- SQL – MS SQL and/or Oracle
- JavaScript
- Ruby
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Experience in architecture / solution discussions
- Ability to work as a technical SME and bridge business and technical teams

- Explain LabVantage capabilities and limitations to business stakeholders
- Support development, troubleshooting and technical decision-making
- Collaborate with business, technical and client teams
- Provide technical inputs for integrations and LabVantage modules
- Support project delivery and ensure technical solutions align with business requirements
