Position Overview

Support the development of Bayfield’s HoReCa business across North & West India through customer acquisition, market coverage, product promotion, and day-to-day account management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute HoReCa sales plans for the assigned region, including revenue, margin, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

- Identify and develop key accounts and strategic HoReCa customers across hotels, QSRs, restaurants, caterers, cloud kitchens, and foodservice operators.

- Leverage an established customer and market network to generate new business opportunities.

- Lead customer presentations, product trials, sampling, demonstrations, and solution-based selling.

- Drive cross-selling, upselling, new product introduction, and customer conversions.

- Build long-term relationships with chefs, procurement teams, business owners, and key decision-makers.

- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer needs, and identify new business opportunities.

- Own sales pipeline, forecasting, revenue and margin performance,



and provide regular MIS.

- Coordinate with Culinary, R&D;, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless customer execution.

- Lead resolution of key customer issues and ensure effective follow-up.

- Mentor and support junior team members and strengthen regional market coverage.

- Represent Bayfield at trade shows, customer events, chef meets, and industry forums.

Experience & Qualifications

- 4–8 years of experience in HoReCa, foodservice, food ingredients, FMCG, QSR, or related B2B sales.

- Strong North/West India HoReCa market knowledge and established customer relationships.

- Proven experience in key account management, business development, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.

- Graduate / MBA / Food Technology / Hotel Management or relevant qualification.

- Robust commercial and customer relationship management skills.
