WORKING HOURS:

3 Rotational Shifts Available - 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM / 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM / 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

SALARY: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 Per Month + Provident Fund (PF) + Incentives + Training

EXPERIENCE: 0 to 5 Years - Freshers with Internship Completed & Experienced Both Can Apply

QUALIFICATION: BAMS - Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery / BHMS - Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (Mandatory) - Internship Must Be Completed

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate and patient-focused BAMS / BHMS Doctors to join our growing healthcare team at our premium clinic in Andheri West, Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for medical professionals who are passionate about patient care, clinical consultation, and specialized hair loss and scalp treatments. The role is ideal for both fresh graduates and experienced doctors who want to build a long-term career in trichology, aesthetic wellness and clinical hair care.

Comprehensive professional training will be provided during the first month. You will be trained on advanced hair-care technologies, treatment protocols, product knowledge and patient management systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Patient Consultation & Clinical Assessment:

- Conduct detailed one-on-one patient consultations to understand individual patient needs, medical history, lifestyle and preferences regarding hair health
- Perform thorough scalp and hair analysis, assess hair loss conditions, grades and underlying causes
- Document patient case history, maintain accurate clinical records and ensure proper follow-up

1. Clinical Advice & Treatment Planning:

- Provide expert clinical advice on hair loss conditions including Androgenetic Alopecia, Telogen Effluvium, Alopecia Areata, dandruff and scalp disorders
- Explain treatment options, procedures, expected outcomes and timelines in clear, patient-friendly language
- Assist patients in selecting specialized products,



therapies and services tailored to their specific hair and scalp requirements
- Create personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical protocols

1. Progress Monitoring & Patient Care:

- Track patient recovery, treatment efficacy and progress through regular follow-ups
- Make necessary clinical adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal and sustainable results
- Address patient concerns, queries and provide continuous support throughout treatment journey
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction, retention and referral

1. Preventative Care & Patient Education:

- Educate patients on scalp hygiene, hair care routine, diet, lifestyle and long-term hair maintenance to prevent further hair loss
- Provide preventative care guidance and post-treatment care instructions
- Promote awareness about hair health and wellness best practices

1. Collaboration & Clinic Operations:

- Work closely with clinic team, therapists and front office for smooth patient flow
- Stay updated on latest hair-care technologies, trichology advancements and treatment methodologies
- Maintain clinic hygiene, professionalism and adhere to medical ethics and SOPs
- Achieve consultation and patient care targets while maintaining quality

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS / DESIRED PROFILE:

- Education: Must hold BAMS or BHMS degree from a recognized university with mandatory internship completed - Registration Certificate Required
- Experience: 0-5 Years of experience as Consultant Doctor, Medical Officer, Resident Doctor, Clinical Consultant, Hair Transplant Assistant, Trichologist, Ayurvedic Doctor, Homeopathic Doctor. Freshers with good clinical knowledge are welcome.
- Clinical Skills: Good understanding of hair and scalp anatomy, hair loss causes, basic dermatology, trichology and patient assessment
- Communication Skills:



Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex medical information into clear, patient-friendly and empathetic advice - Hindi, English and Marathi preferred
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, patient counselling, active listening, empathy, skilled attitude and sales orientation for treatment conversion
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment, rotational shifts, weekends and staying updated on latest hair-care technologies
- Other: Presentable, patient-focused, target-oriented and willing to learn
