Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Study Abroad Counselor to guide students in selecting suitable international education opportunities. The candidate will assist students throughout the counselling and application process and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding study-abroad programs, universities, courses, and destinations.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and preferences to suggest suitable options.
- Provide accurate information about admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, intakes, and application procedures.
- Assist students with university applications and required documentation.
- Coordinate with the Admissions, Application Processing, and Visa teams.




- Follow up with students regarding applications, offer letters, documentation, and next steps.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, counselling sessions, and application status.
- Achieve assigned counselling and application targets.
- Stay updated on changes in university requirements, courses, scholarships, and study-abroad processes.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and student counselling events.
- Provide excellent student service and build positive relationships with students and parents.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
