Ensure documentation of audit findings of the audit areas reviewed.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports that communicate audit findings, risks, recommendations, and Management responses.
Prepare explicit, concise, and comprehensive work papers documenting audit procedures performed, findings and conclusions.

Compliance
Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations.
Follow up with auditee Management and validate evidence for audit issues resolution.
