Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

About Jairaj Foods Jairaj Foods, part of the Jairaj Group, is engaged in supplying quality rice, dals, pulses, cereals, superfoods, and other food products to hotels, restaurants, caterers, institutions, food service companies, and suppliers across India and international markets.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Accountant to join our team at Market Yard, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Handle debit and credit entries, purchase and sales entries.
- Manage inward and outward financial transactions.
- Maintain and update inventory records and stock registers.
- Record stock inward, outward, transfers, and adjustments.
- Reconcile physical stock with accounting and inventory records.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, and warehouse teams for stock-related documentation.
- Track inventory movement, purchase quantities, and stock balances.
- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Handle payment, receipt, and bank-related accounting.
- Assist with GST returns and other tax-related filings.
- Maintain accounting, inventory,



and statutory documentation.
- Prepare weekly accounts, inventory, and MIS reports.
- Maintain ledgers and ensure accurate accounting entries.
- Support audits and compliance requirements.

Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com or a relevant commerce background preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of debit/credit entries, ledgers, and BRS.
- Basic understanding of GST and taxation.
- Familiarity with inventory and stock accounting.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Solid documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
