A jewelry sales qualified helps customers select fine jewelry, precious stones, and watches while meeting store revenue goals. They combine fashion awareness with deep product knowledge to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet clients, assess their style and budget, and offer tailored recommendations for special occasions.

- Product Education: Explain the craftsmanship, metal purity (e.g., gold grades), diamond quality (4 Cs), and gemstone origins.

- Sales & Transactions: Meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas, process point-of-sale (POS) payments, and handle special orders or layaways.

- Merchandise Maintenance: Keep display cases clean, organized, and secure while performing daily stock counts.

- Clienteling:



Follow up with customers post-sale and maintain client records for future promotions and events.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within fine jewelry or luxury goods.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or specialized gemology courses are a plus.

- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, basic math for transactions, and a target-driven mindset.

- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays during peak retail seasons.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
