Join an international recruitment team supporting technology hiring across the UK and European markets.

You will manage the recruitment lifecycle from vacancy intake and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offer management and placement.

What you will do

- Manage end-to-end 360 recruitment processes from job intake through successful placement.
- Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals and other sourcing methods.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
- Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews and competency-based assessments.
- Coordinate interviews, support offer negotiations and manage onboarding activities.
- Write compelling job advertisements and effectively market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment workflows in an ATS.
- Manage multiple vacancies while maintaining a solid candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment trends, market intelligence, salary benchmarks and hiring practices relevant to the UK and European markets.




- Work towards individual KPIs, revenue targets and placement goals.

What you bring

- 0-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a 360 recruitment role.
- Exposure to recruitment across the UK and/or European markets.
- Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms.
- Experience using an ATS such as Vincere, Recruit CRM, Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse or similar.
- Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and build lasting candidate relationships.
- Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- International-client experience, Boolean sourcing and knowledge of recruitment compliance are advantageous.
