Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced investment professional with a strong background in Healthcare Investment Banking, Private Equity, Growth Capital, Fundraising or related investment roles, with significant exposure to the Hospital and Healthcare Services sector.

The ideal candidate should have experience working on hospital transactions, fundraising, M&A;, stake sales, capital raising and investment transactions involving hospital chains, healthcare platforms and healthcare services businesses.

Candidates currently working in Healthcare Investment Banking who are interested in transitioning to a fund-side investment role are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate and originate investment opportunities across the hospital and healthcare services sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospital promoters, founders, management teams, PE/VC funds and institutional investors.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential healthcare investment opportunities.
- Evaluate hospital businesses, healthcare platforms and expansion opportunities from an investment perspective.
- Conduct detailed financial, commercial and strategic analysis of potential investments.
- Prepare financial models, investment memorandums, teasers, presentations and other investment materials.
- Evaluate business plans, growth potential, valuation, capital requirements and investment returns.
- Lead or support the complete transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiations and transaction closure.
- Participate in management meetings, investor discussions and negotiations with promoters and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, commercial and other advisors during transactions.
- Support investment evaluation, portfolio monitoring and strategic initiatives for investee companies, as required.





Ideal Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of experience in Healthcare Investment Banking, Private Equity, Growth Capital, Fundraising or related investment roles.
- Strong and demonstrable experience in the Hospital / Healthcare Services sector.
- Experience working with hospital chains, multi-specialty hospitals, healthcare platforms, diagnostics or healthcare services businesses.
- Candidates from Healthcare Investment Banking with a strong interest in moving to the fund side are preferred.
- Exposure to hospital fundraising, primary/secondary investments, M&A;, stake sales, PE transactions or capital raising.
- Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation and transaction structuring.
- Demonstrated ability to originate opportunities and develop relationships with hospital promoters and investors.
- Strong transaction execution and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
