US Accounting Process

Number of Positions: 5 Agents

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM 4:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5 Days)

Job Responsibilities :-

Make outbound calls to existing Accounting Software customers in the United States.

Conduct customer follow-ups.

Collect customer feedback regarding the Tally, Wave, Quickbooks, Oracle NetSuite and software/service they have opted for.

Understand customer concerns and feedback and communicate them appropriately.

Maintain a professional relationship with existing customers.

Candidate Requirements :-

Experience: 12–18 months of relevant BPO/call centre experience.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Positive English communication and comprehension.

Comfortable handling outbound calls with US customers.

Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

Candidates with relevant accounting software knowledge will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 25,000 – 40,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

Cabs: Provided.

Meals: Provided.
