Position: International Student Advisor - South Asia The candidate will be working on behalf of public Canadian University in South Asia region.

University of Windsor is a comprehensive, student-focused university, with about 18,000 students enrolled in a broad range of undergraduate and graduate programs. Offering 190 undergraduate programs in 8 faculties.

Key responsibilities will include, and are not limited to:

· Represent the university in South Asia and maintain engagement with students, agents, parents and key stakeholders

· Planning and execution of student recruitment outreach and activities in the region

. Provide support to the wider recruitment strategy and budget management

· Respond to queries from Prospects, Applicants, Agents and counsellors in timely manner.

· Assist students in completing the application process and share relevant information.

· Attend recruitment and outreach events organized by high schools, agents, and HEIs

· Develop good relationships with agents, school counsellors and career guidance offices

· Plan and execute recruitment and conversion activities for offer holders and support students throughout the admission cycle





· Provide the International Office with regular updates on market trends, key developments and monthly market reports

· Logistical support to university officials and leadership team during their visit to India

· Organise marketing, recruitment and pre-departure events

Candidate Profile

· Education: Undergraduate degree in any stream

· Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in student recruitment, agent management and advising

· Prior experience of student recruitment for a Canadian university is necessary

. Experience in Undergraduate recruitment for Canadian university is preferred

· Strong network of high schools and higher educational institutions in the region

· Proven ability to achieve goals, networking and meet deadlines

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Outstanding presentation skills

· Good knowledge of MS Office

· Open to travel across India and neighbouring countries if required

· Dynamic, outgoing and committed to customer service and client relations

Compensation: As per Industry standards and overall experience
