Work Locations: Pune Viman Nagar | Magarpatta | Yerwada | Hinjewadi

Salary: 3 LPA – 5 LPA

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through email, chat, and other non-voice channels.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain professional written communication and service quality.
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex cases to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain proper records and update customer information accurately.
- Work in rotational/night shifts as per business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Excellent English communication skills, especially written English.
- Positive typing, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in an international BPO/customer support environment.
- Willing to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
