Hiring: International Technical Support
Experience: Minimum 1 year mandatory
Salary: Up to 5 LPA
Experience Required: Candidates from any customer support background can apply, but minimum 1 year of Telecom experience is mandatory.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Handle user requests through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Create, categorize, prioritize, and track support tickets.
- Resolve common password, account, software, printer, and connectivity issues.
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, peripherals, and user accounts.
- Maintain knowledge-base articles and user documentation.
- Follow up with users and confirm issue resolution.
Job Details
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Weekoffs: 2 rotational weekoffs
- Shifts: Rotational shifts
- Cab Facility: One-way cab available within a 23 km radius
- Immediate joiners preferred
