Vinsfertility helps couples and individuals from India and around the world become parents through IVF, ICSI, IUI, egg donation and surrogacy. We are hiring an International Patient Counsellor for our Janakpuri, New Delhi centre – someone with an outstanding command of English, a warm and polished communication style, and real confidence handling international clients.

What you'll do - Counsel international and domestic patients and couples on fertility treatment options, procedures, timelines, success rates and costs.

- Be the main point of contact for international patients from first enquiry to treatment and follow-up – over video calls, phone, email and WhatsApp, and in person.
- Build trust with patients from different countries and cultures, handling sensitive conversations with empathy and complete confidentiality.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists and the operations team on treatment plans, travel, stay and documentation for overseas patients.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into consultations.





What we're looking for - Excellent spoken and written English – fluent, explicit and professional (this is essential).

- 1–3 years' experience in IVF/fertility counselling, international patient services or medical tourism.
- Graduate degree, preferably in life sciences, psychology, nursing, healthcare or hospitality.
- Warm, polished and confident communication; comfortable with clients from the US, UK, Middle East, Africa and elsewhere.
- Hindi fluency; any additional language is a plus.
- Comfortable with email, video calls and basic computer tools.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- IVF/fertility counselling or international patient services: 1 year (Preferred)
