International Marketing Manager

Reporting To: General Manager / Director

Job Purpose

Responsible for developing and expanding international business, managing overseas customers, generating export sales, and building long-term relationships with international clients, distributors, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute international marketing and export sales strategies.

Identify and develop new markets, customers, distributors, agents, and business opportunities.

Manage existing international customers and ensure robust business relationships.

Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into orders.

Coordinate with production, quality, accounts, logistics, and EXIM teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.

Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

Achieve assigned export sales and revenue targets.

Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, delivery schedules, documentation, and payments.





Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, and other business development activities.

Ensure compliance with company export policies and applicable international trade requirements.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, market reports, and management MIS.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.

4–8+ years of experience in international/export marketing, preferably in manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of international sales and export processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to develop international markets independently.

Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM/ERP systems.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
