Export Marketing & Operations Executive

- Job Summary

We are looking for an Export Marketing & Operations Executive to drive international business development while supporting the smooth execution of export orders. The role combines international sales, export marketing, digital lead generation and export operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research international markets, potential buyers, importers, distributors and business prospects relevant to our products.
- Generate and qualify prospects through market research, Google, Instagram, social media, industry directories, trade websites and other online sources.
- Approach international prospects through email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and other relevant channels.
- Introduce company and products to overseas buyers, handle enquiries, follow up and convert prospects into business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective international customers.
- Manage leads and customer interactions through CRM and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Support digital marketing and online promotion, including Instagram and international lead-generation activities.
- Candidates proficient in Canva,



Meta Business Suite/Ads, Instagram and other digital marketing tools will be preferred.
- Should have basic knowledge of export documentation or a strong willingness to learn export documentation and procedures.

Candidate Profile
- 0–4 years of experience in Export Marketing, International Sales, Business Development, EXIM or related roles. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may apply.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence in communicating with international clients.
- Robust sales, follow-up, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and comfortable with researching and identifying new international prospects.
- Knowledge of export documentation and procedures, or willingness to learn, is essential.
- Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, Canva, Meta and social media will be an advantage.
