Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international chat support.

- Provide prompt, professional and accurate responses to international customers.

- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, orders, accounts or processes.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within defined processes.

- Follow standard operating procedures, quality guidelines and compliance requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.

- Meet defined quality, productivity, response time and customer satisfaction targets.

- Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team.

- Coordinate with internal teams wherever required for timely resolution.

- Work comfortably in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.

- Maintain professional communication and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Graduates / Undergraduates are eligible for the fresher opening.

- Candidates with 1 year of relevant International BPO / Chat Support / Customer Support experience can apply for the experienced position.





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Positive typing speed and ability to communicate effectively over chat.

- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.

- Comfortable with 5 days working and rotational weekly offs.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/customer support tools will be an advantage.

- Candidates should be willing to work from the Gurgaon/Gurugram office location.

Compensation & Benefits

- 18,000 in-hand Freshers

- Up to 34,000 in-hand Graduates with 1 year relevant experience

- 5 Days Working

- Rotational / Roster Weekly Offs
