Job Responsibilities

- Handle international customer calls and understand customer requirements.

- Generate sales through effective communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.

- Handle customer queries related to products/services and provide suitable solutions.

- Build solid customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.

- Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM records.

Required Skills

- 13 years of experience in International Sales / International Voice Process / BPO Sales.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

- Candidates with US/UK/Australia or other international process experience will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
