Job Title: Interior Architect (Residential & Commercial)

​About the Role

​We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and self-driven Interior Architect with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in handling high-end residential and commercial interior projects.

​In this role, you will bridge conceptual design and execution—translating client visions into functional space planning, detailed architectural working drawings, material selections, and in office implementation. You will work closely with lead designers, project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure project excellence from start to finish.

​Key Responsibilities

​Design & Space Planning

​Develop detailed space planning layouts, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and design concepts for residential (luxury apartments, villas) and commercial spaces (offices, retail, healthcare/hospitality).

​Select materials, finishes, sanitary fixtures, hardware, custom furniture (FF&E;), and lighting layouts tailored to client specifications and project budgets.

​Technical & Execution Drawings

​Prepare complete working drawing sets, including floor plans, reflective ceiling plans (RCP), electrical/plumbing layouts, elevation details, and custom millwork/carpentry details.

​Ensure drawings strictly adhere to structural constraints, building codes, and material specifications.

​Site Coordination

​Conduct regular site visits to supervise execution, resolve technical site conflicts, and maintain strict quality control.

​Coordinate with contractors, civil workers, MEP consultants,



carpentry teams, and material vendors.

​Client Interaction & Project Tracking

​Present design ideas, material samples, and 3D renderings to clients during project review meetings.

​Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and tracking project schedules.

​Required Qualifications & Skills

​Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design (B.Arch / B.Des / B.Sc Interior Design).

​Experience: 3 to 5 years of active professional experience in residential and commercial interior projects.

​Software Proficiency:

​High proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit.

​Proficiency in rendering engines like V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion.

​Working knowledge of Photoshop, MS Office, or Canva for presentations.

​Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of carpentry/millwork detailing, false ceiling framing, lighting layout designs, material pricing, and vendor networks.

​Communication: Strong communication, client-facing presentation, and site-coordination skills.
