About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented University Outreach Manager to build and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities and expand our student outreach network.

The person will be responsible for identifying educational institutions, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, conducting outreach campaigns, organizing student engagement activities, and signing institutional partnerships/MOUs.

Through these partnerships, students will be introduced to study-abroad opportunities and international university programs, helping them explore and pursue education overseas.

Key Responsibilities

1. Institutional Partnerships

- Identify and approach schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions for potential partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with principals, directors, deans, placement officers, international office representatives, career counselors, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to explain our study-abroad services and partnership model.
- Negotiate and close institutional partnerships, tie-ups, and MOUs.
- Maintain regular communication with partner institutions and develop long-term relationships.

1. Outreach & Campaigns

- Plan and execute college, university, and school outreach campaigns.
- Organize seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, study-abroad awareness programs, education fairs, and student counseling events.
- Coordinate with institutions to conduct on-campus and online student engagement activities.
- Develop new outreach initiatives to increase student awareness and enquiries.

1. Student Acquisition





- Generate student leads through institutional partnerships and outreach activities.
- Work closely with the admissions/counseling team to ensure leads are properly followed up.
- Monitor the conversion of institutional leads into student applications and enrollments.
- Develop strategies to increase student participation through partner institutions.

1. Relationship Management

- Maintain a database of partner schools, colleges, universities, and key contacts.
- Regularly visit partner institutions and identify opportunities for additional activities.
- Track partnership performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure partner institutions receive timely communication, support, and updates.

1. Business Development

- Research and identify new institutional partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partner institutions.
- Meet monthly/quarterly outreach and partnership targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the education and study-abroad sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, International Relations, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, institutional partnerships, education, student recruitment, or outreach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable conducting meetings and presentations with senior representatives of educational institutions.
- Willingness to travel for institutional visits and outreach campaigns.




- Strong networking and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Preferred / Added Advantage

- Existing relationships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, or educational organizations.
- Experience in the study-abroad, international education, student recruitment, or overseas education sector.
- Existing institutional network and strong connections with principals, directors, deans, placement officers, counselors, or international offices.
- Experience in organizing education fairs, seminars, workshops, or campus events.
- Knowledge of international education destinations and admission processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of new institutional partnerships signed.
- Number of active school/college/university partnerships.
- Number of outreach campaigns and events conducted.
- Number of student leads generated through institutional partnerships.
- Student applications generated through partner institutions.
- Conversion of leads into enrollments.
- Growth of the institutional partner network.
- Partner engagement and retention.
