Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning / Oracle ASCP / Demantra Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning applications, including:

- Supply Planning

- Demand Planning
- S&OP;

- Replenishment Planning

- Supply Chain Collaboration
- Alternatively, candidates with 5+ years of Oracle ASCP/Demantra implementation experience can be considered.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Planning Cloud applications.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into appropriate functional solutions and solution designs.
- Analyze business processes and recommend Oracle Planning solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and related project documentation.
- Participate in functional testing, SIT/UAT, defect analysis, and resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of end-to-end business processes.
- Work effectively with onsite and offshore teams, managing communication, activities, dependencies, and deliverables.




- Lead Super User training and support end-user/training activities.
- Coordinate with other Oracle tracks such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Finance, and Logistics where required.
- Support deployment, stabilization, and post-go-live activities.

Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning applications OR
- 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle ASCP/Demantra.

- Experience in at least
- 1 full-fledged Oracle Fusion Planning Cloud implementation, OR
- 2 full-fledged Oracle ASCP/Demantra implementations.
- Robust understanding of Supply Planning / Demand Planning / S&OP; / Replenishment Planning.
- Strong requirements gathering and solution design experience.
- Experience in functional testing and UAT.
- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience conducting Super User / end-user training.
