Qualifications

- Skills in content coordination, basic copywriting, and understanding of digital and social media trends.

- Ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and use insights to improve future initiatives.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills to collaborate effectively with influencers and internal teams.

- Organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Comfort working in office in the Greater Ahmedabad Area and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Previous experience in recruitment marketing, healthcare marketing, or talent acquisition platforms is an added advantage.
