Rojgar With Ankit (RWA) is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Influencer Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Creator Management.

You will support the complete influencer marketing process, including influencer research, scouting, outreach, communication, campaign coordination, tracking, and reporting.

This is a 6-month Work From Home internship and is suitable for freshers or students looking to build a career in influencer and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Evaluate influencer profiles based on audience, engagement, content quality, niche, and campaign relevance.
- Create, maintain, and regularly update influencer databases using Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
- Reach out to influencers through Instagram DMs, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with influencers and maintain regular communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Coordinate campaign requirements, deliverables, timelines, and other operational details with influencers.
- Track influencer responses, campaign status, content deliverables, and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and influencers to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Assist in preparing campaign reports and analysing basic influencer performance data.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities related to influencer marketing campaigns.

Required Skills




- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating and negotiating/coordinating with influencers and external stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet functions and features such as VLOOKUP, filters, sorting, and conditional formatting.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and current social media trends.
- Strong research and influencer-scouting skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain organised records.
- Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
