Who are we?

Aseiro Industries builds automation machines and AI vision inspection systems for manufacturers. We combine an AI-first engineering team with the experience of Vinayak Automation Products, in industrial automation and instrumentation since 2007. We are VEICHI's authorised dealer and system integrator in India and Nidec's authorised system integrator for Telangana. Every project is a different machine, so the work is varied, hands-on and fast-moving.

Responsibilities

- Carry out feasibility studies for new customer enquiries using AI research tools.
- Help prepare technical proposals and quotations.
- Design machines, fixtures and mechanisms in Autodesk Fusion.
- Prepare electrical schematics, panel layouts and I/O lists.
- Release drawings and guide our fitters and vendors through fabrication and assembly.
- Source off-the-shelf parts and track their delivery.




- Write and test PLC and HMI programs.
- Test machines at our workshop and help commission them at customer sites.
- Use AI to draft calculations, drawings, schematics and code, then check and correct them.
- Turn repeat work into prompts, scripts or templates the team can reuse.
- Keep project documents, BOMs and test records up to date.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, EEE, EIE or Robotics and Automation.
- Has built something real: a machine, robot or test rig, in college or at work.
- Is comfortable with CAD (Fusion, SolidWorks or similar) and knows PLC and electrical basics.
- Already uses AI tools in engineering work and can show how.
- Learns recent tools and domains quickly.
- Enjoys the shop floor as much as the desk and is happy to travel to customer sites.
- Bonus: machine vision, motion control, Python, 3D printing.

This is a growth role. You'll start with parts of live projects, working alongside the founder, rather than running complete projects on your own from day one, and take on more as you grow until you can own a project from enquiry to handover.
