We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Sales Excellence Executive to join our Sales Operations team.

Location: Okhla Phase-I, New Delhi

Job Overview:

This role has two core objectives: ensuring zero sales leakage across our CRM pipeline, and conducting strategic market research to drive new business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pipeline & CRM Governance (Sales Operations):

- Monitor and manage the CRM pipeline (QERP.CRM/Knowbuild) to ensure zero missed inquiries or overdue follow-ups.
- Ensure strict data hygiene: verify inquiry tagging (HOT deals), enforce follow-up dates, and maintain accurate sales forecasting (MSE - Monthly Sales Targets).
- Proactively step in to engage customers and save active deals if a sales representative is unavailable or unresponsive.
- Conduct deep dives into old/dormant offers to revive cold leads and recover lost sales opportunities.




- Track and manage AMC renewals and pending service billing to prevent revenue leakage.

2. Market Research & Sales Growth (Excellence & Strategy):

- Study product application plans (PMS) to map out product features, application areas, and target industry segments.
- Generate qualified target customer lists for field sales representatives and pre-sales outreach teams.
- Conduct initial market testing/validation calls with prospective clients before passing target lists to pre-sales.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Graduate from any Engineering, or a related field.
- CRM Skills: Hands-on experience working with CRM.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, tracker management).
- Communication: Valuable written and verbal English communication skills.
