Role Description The Human Resources Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records.

Responsibilities include implementing and updating HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and assisting with development and recruitment activities. The role will involve handling employee relations, resolving workplace concerns, coordinating training initiatives, and supporting compliance with relevant labor laws and company procedures.



This is a full-time, in office role based in Rajkot, requiring regular collaboration with management and staff to support a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for daily HR operations and coordination.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and reviewing HR Policies and procedures.
- Skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and communication.
- Ability to create and maintain clear and accurate Development for various roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory requirements relevant to NBFCs or financial services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, with attention to detail, integrity, and a collaborative approach.
