We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes
- Handle employee relations and grievance management
- Oversee performance management and appraisals
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and compliance
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Requirements:
- 10–15years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
Working Days: Monday to Saturday Location: On-site (New Delhi)
