Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment & bulk hiring

- Source, screen & shortlist candidates

- Coordinate interviews & selection

- Handle offer, negotiation & onboarding

- Manage recruitment portals, consultants & talent pipeline

- Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads

- Maintain recruitment MIS & hiring reports

Requirements

- Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field

- Robust recruitment & communication skills

- Good knowledge of job portals & sourcing

- Hotel / Hospitality experience will be an added advantage
