Responsibilities:
1. Handling inbound and outbound calls.
2. Screening candidates based on job requirements.
3. Sourcing candidates through portals and other channels.
4. Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1. Valuable communication skills
2. Basic recruitment knowledge.
3. Candidates with Banking / Broking industry knowledge or experience will be preferred.
