- Coordinate interviews and support the hiring process.
- Create and post job openings across platforms.
- Maintain candidate communication and assist with onboarding.
- Manage and update candidate database.
- Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with job portals is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
