Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to hire suitable candidates as per company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage and maintain recruitment records
- Follow up with candidates and support the hiring process
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate; preference for BBA/BMS/HR/MBA HR candidates.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruitment or HR (preferred)
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
