Salary Structure

- First 3 Months: Up to 25,000 Take-Home + Incentives
- From 4th Month: Up to 35,000 Take-Home + Incentives
- Salary revision based on performance during the first 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interview coordination.




- Understand candidate requirements and match profiles with suitable job openings.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
