Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an HR Recruiter specializing in Campus Hiring, Lateral Hiring, and Leadership Hiring from tier colleges. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes for various levels of roles.

Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with tier colleges, planning and executing campus hiring drives, and managing talent pipelines for lateral and leadership positions. The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align hiring strategies with business needs,



and ensure a structured and fair selection process. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment data, tracking metrics, and continuously improving outreach, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience in campus hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring, preferably with exposure to tier colleges.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfort with remote work, digital collaboration tools, and applicant tracking systems.
- Understanding of fair hiring practices, diversity and inclusion principles, and basic employment regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in HR or talent acquisition are an advantage.
- Prior experience in fast-paced hiring environments or growth-stage organizations is beneficial.
