We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage and oversee the organization’s HR functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle employee-related matters effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Manage performance management and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other HR-related activities.
- Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Work closely with department heads to address workforce requirements and HR needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and employment practices.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
