Role Overview

BM Elite International Clinic is looking for an experienced and proactive Healthcare HR professional to manage recruitment, employee administration, attendance, performance coordination and day-to-day HR operations across the clinic.

The candidate should preferably have prior experience working in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre, dental centre, aesthetic clinic or other healthcare organisation and should understand the staffing requirements and work culture of a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Source and screen doctors, nurses, therapists, technicians, medical assistants, front-office executives, counsellors, administrative staff and support staff.
- Coordinate interviews with management and respective department heads.
- Complete joining formalities, employee documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain employee personal files, qualification records and statutory documents.
- Verify professional qualifications and relevant registrations of clinical staff where applicable.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters and other HR documentation.
- Maintain daily attendance, leave records, late attendance and shift information.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, incentives, deductions, overtime and attendance-related calculations with the accounts team.
- Prepare and maintain duty rosters in coordination with department heads.
- Monitor staffing requirements and identify manpower shortages in advance.
- Handle employee grievances,



disciplinary issues and workplace concerns professionally.
- Ensure adherence to clinic policies, grooming standards, attendance discipline and professional behaviour.
- Conduct employee orientation regarding clinic policies, patient confidentiality and workplace expectations.
- Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations and performance evaluations.
- Maintain employee appraisal and performance records.
- Assist management in developing KRAs and KPIs for various departments.
- Coordinate staff training and skill-development programmes.
- Monitor employee retention and assist in reducing unnecessary attrition.
- Conduct exit interviews and complete resignation and relieving formalities.
- Maintain HR MIS and periodic manpower reports for management.
- Coordinate statutory HR requirements and labour-related documentation with consultants/accounts wherever applicable.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee, doctor and organisational information.

Healthcare-Specific Responsibilities
- Understand manpower requirements of different clinical departments.
- Coordinate recruitment and credential documentation for healthcare professionals.
- Ensure clinical staff documentation remains current and properly maintained.
- Support induction regarding patient privacy, professional conduct and clinical workplace protocols.
- Coordinate staffing during extended clinic hours, procedures and special treatment schedules.
- Work closely with doctors,



clinical heads and operations management regarding manpower planning.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels without affecting patient experience or clinical operations.

Preferred Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Healthcare Management or Hospital Administration
- or
- Graduate with relevant healthcare HR experience.Preferred Experience2–5 years of HR experience

, preferably in: Hospital / Multispecialty Clinic / Aesthetic Clinic / Dental Clinic / Diagnostic Centre / Healthcare Organisation.

Candidates with strong healthcare recruitment experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
