Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and retail positions.

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare JDs.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.

- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers/HODs.

- Manage candidate follow-ups, offers and joining formalities.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.

- Coordinate with agencies and other recruitment partners when required.

- Support onboarding and basic HR operations.

- Maintain employee and recruitment-related documentation.

Requirements

- 2- 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR Executive role.

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

- Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

- Strong communication and follow-up skills.

- Good knowledge of Excel and recruitment trackers.

- Ability to manage multiple positions and closures simultaneously.

- Experience in retail/FMCG/e-commerce/hospitality hiring will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
